Technical consulting at Gilyos means defining the appropriate freeze drying equipment required to successfully produce your product in a given product presentation (i.e. vial, bulk, syringe, plate, etc.) and shortest possible cycle time. Goal: The manufacturing of the product must not be limited by the dryer design and / or performance, but the product itself.

Yes. We developed our own testing protocols to characterize equipment under loading conditions, not clean, dry and empty (what is typically done).

No. This is not what we do, but we would recommend a contact of our network who can support you.
Would Gilyos analyze our recipe and process data and recommend modifications to improve (shorten) the cycle?
